Eng. Hamad Abdulrahman Al-Turki

He obtained a BA in Information Systems from King Saud University in 2009. He began his career developing applications in the banking sector through Alinma Bank. He received his Master's in the same specialty from Imam Muhammad bin Saud University in 2014, with scientific research published in one of the scientific journals. During that time, his career track shifted to the communications sector when he moved to Mobily, directing several IT projects. He then moved to the Finance Ministry in 2018, where he took over the supervision of the implementation and management of the Sarf system (the centralized system for disbursing the rights of state employees). By the end of 2018, he supervised the development of all national systems as Director General of Development. After that, he assumed the position of Executive Vice President of the Solutions and Products Sector at the NCGR in 2020, where he continues to manage many of the center's core businesses. These include developing and managing the center's solutions and products related to government resource systems with business partners. He has completed several leadership, digital transformation, and strategy courses from international institutes such as the IMD Business School and London Business School.
