H.E./Eng. Yousef Abdulrahman Al-Hargan

CEO of NCGR and member of the Board of Directors. He also held the position of VP for Business and VP for Products & Solutions and Products in the Unified System Program, in addition to his duties as Assistant Undersecretary for Analysis and Business Requirements at the National Systems Agency in the Ministry of Finance. During this time, he led the National Financial Systems Support Team and successfully managed more than 40 projects in the private and public sectors of Saudi Arabia. He holds a BA in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He has also obtained leadership certifications from London Business School as well as certifications in project management.
